The Black Rock PTO Sponsorship program is designed to raise money for the school and advertise for local business partners. The main goal of our PTO every year is to raise money to hire paraeducators to help our kids & teachers. We also use sponsorship money to purchase educational curriculum, host assemblies, send kids on field trips, and pay for educational aids.  

Sponsorship Levels

There are 4 levels of sponsorships, and all are great advertising opportunities for your business to reach the 500+ families in the Black Rock community.   

Black Rock Platinum Sponsor $1000 

  • Banner displayed at all school events (i.e., Jog-a-thon, Back to School, Black Rock Gives Back, Variety Show, Field Day, and Fall Festival/Spring Fling)
  • Fall Festival/Spring Fling Premium Booth Sponsorship – includes signage and participation (if desired) in a premium Fall Festival/Spring Fling booth such as a dunk tank, food booth, or ticket booth
  • Ten (10) “Sponsor of the Week” ads in the weekly school update/newsletter & on the PTO Facebook page
  • Advertising on the PTO website

 Black Rock Gold Sponsor $700 

  • Banner at all school events (i.e., Jog-a-thon, Back to School, Black Rock Gives Back, Variety Show, Field Day, and Fall Festival/Spring Fling)
  • Fall Festival/Spring Fling Game Booth Sponsorship - includes signage and participation (if desired) in a carnival row game booth at the Fall Festival/Spring Fling
  • Six (6) “Sponsor of the Week” ads in the weekly school update/newsletter & on the PTO Facebook page
  • Advertising on the PTO website

 Black Rock Silver Sponsor $400 

  • Four (4) “Sponsor of the Week” ads in the weekly school update & on the PTO Facebook page
  • Booth sponsorship at Fall Festival/Spring Fling
  • Advertising on the PTO website

 Fall Festival/Spring Fling game booth sponsor $100 

  • Fall Festival/Spring Fling Game Booth Sponsorship only - includes signage and participation (if desired) in a carnival row game booth at the Fall Festival/Spring Fling

 Teacher Meal Sponsor (You can also Add-on this option to any of the Sponsorship Levels Above) 

  • Sponsor a Teacher Conference Dinner $300 - The Black Rock PTO will arrange a dinner for the teachers and staff on a Parent/Teacher Conference Night. For two weeks, we will advertise your business as a dinner sponsor in the weekly school update/newsletter. We will also place a sign on the table where the dinner is set up for teachers and staff to see the business that has sponsored the meal. You may also provide business cards for us to set on the table. We will have 6 of these during the school year.
  • Sponsor a Late Start Breakfast $200 - The Black Rock PTO will arrange breakfast for the teachers and staff on a Wednesday Late Start day. We will advertise your business as a breakfast sponsor in the weekly school update/newsletter for 1 week. We will also place a sign on the table where the breakfast is set up for teachers and staff to see the business that has sponsored the meal. You may also provide business cards for us to set on the table. We will have 7 of these during the school year.
